First Course: Hors D'Oeuvres Oysters.
Second Course: Consommé Olga Cream of Barley.
Third Course: Poached Salmon with Mousseline Sauce, Cucumbers Fourth Course Filet Mignons Lili Saute of Chicken, Lyonnaise Vegetable Marrow Farci.
Fifth Course Lamb, Mint Sauce Roast Duckling, Apple Sauce, Sirloin of Beef, Chateau Potatoes Green Pea, Creamed Carrots, Boiled Rice Parmentier & Boiled New Potatoes.
Sixth Course: Punch Romaine.
Seventh Course: Roast Squab & Cress.
Eighth Course: Cold Asparagus Vinaigrette.
Ninth Course: Pate de Foie Gras. Celery Tenth Course: Waldorf Pudding, Peaches in Chartreuse Jelly, Chocolate & Vanilla Éclairs, French Ice Cream.

Saturday June 21st, 2008 6 pm “Weber Grill 5 Course Wine Dinner Event”

Join us on the first day of Summer for an incredible 5 Course Dinner accompanied by wines all cooked on a Grill Chef David Allan Hurst’s Menu includes:
SOUP: Roasted Beefsteak Tomato, Leek and Bloody Mary Soup.
SALAD: Fire seared beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with a lemon vinaigrette Arugula salad and sheets of Parmesano-reggiano and cracked black pepper.
SORBET: Lavender Sorbet with Grilled Peaches.
ENTREE: Honey Butter Glazed Barbequed Lobster Tails, topped with Spiked Fruit Salsa, Grilled Asparagus and Smoked Baby Red Potatoes.
