We will explore the mother sauces and learn the true basics of great sauce making!

"Flowers 101 with Carlyle" Carlyle Kloter of Everything Carlyle will be here to teach us about flower arranging. Come and have a great night out with Carlyle and Jill and leave with a gorgeous arrangement to take home and enjoy and recipes to entertain with

Menu: White bean and Bruschetta toasts, Pan seared Scallops on a bed of Wilted Greens and a Cauliflower puree with aged Balsamic vinegar Stuffed Chicken with feta, spinach and pine nuts with griddled assorted vegetables and fingerling potatoes And an incredible dessert!
