We invite you to visit our spectacular 1885 Victorian nestled in the hills of Litchfield County, Connecticut.  Cuisine with Jill Nicolson Cooking School has renovated this Victorian and put in a state of the art Commercial kitchen and Dining Facility.

We hold Classes here for adults and kids of all ages.  We have Guest chefs from around Litchfield County and New England come and teach hands on 3 hour classes in a wide variety of Cuisine's.  Click here for our schedule of events. 

We also have Multi Course Wine Dinners once a month, featuring local area chefs and Wines from around the world. Our Victorian House is available for Private events as well.  We can accommodate 36 for a sit down event or a Cocktail Party event for up to 80 guests.
